Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before scheduling a posing session with FitnessByAims LLC. By booking a posing session with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

a. All posing sessions must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session.

b. If you need to cancel a posing session, you must provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time. Failure to do so will result in a charge to the credit card on file for 50% of the session price.

c. In the event of a no-show, where the client fails to appear for the scheduled session without prior notice, the credit card on file will be charged the full session price.

Rescheduling:

a. If you need to reschedule a posing session, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, based on availability.

b. Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may be subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the availability of alternative dates or times.

Refunds:

a. Once a posing session has been conducted, no refunds will be issued.

b. In case of cancellation or no-show, as per the terms mentioned above, refunds will not be provided.

Liability:

a. FitnessByAims LLC and its representatives shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, or damage that may occur during or as a result of the posing sessions.

b. Clients participate in the posing sessions at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their own safety and well-being.

Confidentiality:

a. FitnessByAims LLC respects the privacy of its clients. Any personal information shared during the booking process or during the posing sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.

Modification of Services:

a. FitnessByAims LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any posing session, service, or program without prior notice. However, we will make reasonable efforts to notify clients in advance of any such changes or cancellations.

Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nevada.

By scheduling a posing session with FitnessByAims LLC, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions. It is recommended that you retain a copy of these terms for your records.
